Instructions for use
- Saw cut the extremities of any repair locations to a depth of at least 10 mm to avoid feather-edging and to provide a square edge.
- Clean the surface and remove any dust, unsound or contaminated material, plaster, oil, paint, grease, corrosion deposits or algae.
- Where breaking out is not required, roughen the surface and remove any laitance by light scrabbling, grit blasting or other suitable mechanical means.
Packaging & Storage
- Strubond Strong8 is available in 3, 8 and 20 kg pails.
- Strubond Strong8 has a minimum shelf life of 12 months at 35°C if kept in a dry store in the original, unopened packs.
- The shelf life will be reduced at higher ambient temperatures.
Health and safety
Strubond Strong8 is alkaline and should not come into contact with skin and eyes. Avoid inhalation of dust during mixing. Gloves, goggles and dust mask should be worn. If contact with skin occurs, wash with water. Splashes to eyes should be washed immediately with plenty of clean water and medical advice sought.
Fire
Strubond Strong8 is non-flammable.
